Beginners Karate Courses

Adults: The club offers an introductory course of 8 lessons at £25.00 for beginners. Individual lessons are available at £10.00 per lesson, whilst the club recommends that students take advantage of paying the monthly subscription fee of £50. This entitles you to train at both Winchmore Hill and North London Clubs 4 times a week! (subject to school calendar events and Easter/Christmas breaks)
Children (over 6 years of age): 4 Weeks Introductory Course £15 (normal price £20)

Learn The Fascinating Art Of Karate

• Lessons contain kicks, punches, strikes, blocks and self-defense.
• Traditional non-contact Shotokan Karate for men women and children.
• Taught by experienced EKGB Black Belts.
• Adult students on the beginners course may attend one weekly kata lesson free.
• No special clothing necessary.
• Certificate awarded at end of course.

Self-Defence Class – New!

In recent years there has been an escalation of both violence and crime. It is now more important than ever to learn how to protect and defend yourself and your property effectively. This is a friendly, enjoyable class involving some light physical exercise. This will be an ideal option for the start of your 'healthy' weekend! Any age over 10 is welcome, so come along in casual clothing. Your experienced instructor will help you gain confidence and a positive attitude to life.

Alternately, are you interested in genuine martial arts? Why don't you join our KARATE classes? (Tuesdays, 8:00pm to 9:00pm) Anyone (over 5 years old) is welcome!
