Kaeshi Ippon Kumite

  • From Gedan Barai, first person attacks Jodan Oi Zuki, defender steps back using Age Uke and counters with Oi Zuki Chudan. The first person steps back with Ude Uke and counters with Gyaku Zuki Chudan.
  • This combination is performed twice each side by both people

Kihon Ippon Kumite
